Phone power bank, also named charger are used in our daily life, it is powerful, compact and affordable. the main part of power bank is the aluminum housing, it is normally aluminum material, now we are introducing how to make the Xiaomi power bank shell.
The high-profile version of the Mi Power Bank uses an integrated metal shell to improve the texture of the mobile power supply. At the same time, the addition of anodizing technology is more resistant to fall and collision, and is not easy to fade. The CNC piercing process is added at both ends of the shell, and the high-polished secondary aluminum anodizing is carried out. Compared with the angular edges of ordinary products, it is easier to hold with one hand.
How do we make the Mi power bank shell?
Firstly, we need to make aluminum extrusion mould according to product drawing.
Secondly, raw material goes into aluminum extrusion machine, charger profile extrusion, what we used is Taiwan MeiRui 1450T profile extrusion press machine for production.
Then, using automatic sawing machine to cut the length we need, ensure the output and quality of products
After cutting, the end face burr and tooth hole symmetry of the product need to be fully checked, and the product loaded into the turnover box and transferred to the CNC machining workshop for machining process.
Later, we goes into CNC machining center to do machining.
After CNC machining, we have a full product inspection to check quality.
Then, we goes into anodic oxidation process to make color on the shell.
After surface treatment, we have special testing fixtures to ensure the accuracy of product inspection.
